![]() ![]() I've chosen Freecad as my tool here because my final output will be an STL file for 3D printing and I like how you explicitly specify real world measurements when creating objects. Maybe I'm coming at Freecad from the wrong mental perspective? Is there a better way to achieve what I'm trying to do here? ![]() I'm sure I'm missing something obvious here. ![]() But when I tried to scale a single face it scaled the entire object (not to mention that it only seemed to take whole integers as input - no granularity at all!) AC3D is a program that will help you to view, edit and create 3D graphics with this. It felt like I was getting close with the Draft -> Scale tool. The Mesh and Points tools seem to be predicated on importing existing assets. I'm familiar with how to do this in AC3D (see below video): ![]()
